Ranjani Ponnuchetty

Before joining LGNZ, Ranjani's career journey was a diverse one. She started by training in broadcast journalism. Over time, she transitioned into communications roles and eventually found herself working in the Beehive.

Her experience there was particularly influential, teaching her to question the status quo, navigate the political maze and think strategically. Ranjani values the unique opportunity local government provides to effect changes at the grassroots. In her role at LGNZ, Ranjani is particularly proud of the work we’re doing to build a stronger partnership between central, local government and Iwi.
