It’s an amazing privilege to serve on council, but it can be tough going. That’s why our programme of learning, development and support has been specifically designed to assist through every experience.
We offer capability building in two ways. First, through individual learning and development opportunities for elected members (mayors, chairs, councillors, community and local board members). And secondly, we support building the capability of councils as a whole through our Te Korowai programme.
