Terms and conditions

Your ticket: Your ticket gives you access to the specific event or events listed. It is not transferable between events.

Payment: You can pay by credit card or invoice. If you are invoiced, payment must be made in full by the due date. Processing fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you cancel.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following applies:

• More than seven working days before the event: you will be charged the processing fee only
• Less than seven working days before the event: the full ticket price applies

Transferring your ticket: If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation. Email events@lgnz.co.nz to arrange this.

Insurance and liability: Your ticket does not include insurance. We recommend arranging your own cover for travel, accommodation and belongings. LGNZ is not liable for financial losses, injury or damage to property during the event.

Behaviour and entry: LGNZ may refuse entry or remove anyone from the event for disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour. Attendance is at LGNZ's discretion.

Photography and video: Photos and video may be taken at the event and used for promotional purposes.

Programme changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if needed.
