Development Levies consultation

LGNZ supports the proposed introduction of development levies as part of a transition to a more-flexible planning system. The right development levies system is an important component of how councils can meet the costs of delivering growth infrastructure. The final details and implementation support will determine how smoothly councils can put development levies to work.
