Winners of the 2016 EXCELLENCE Awards named

The winners of the 2016 LGNZ EXCELLENCE Awards were named last night during the annual LGNZ conference dinner. 

This year, the third year the awards have been held, saw the highest number of entries received with a total of 62 applications from councils around the country.  The judges said that the calibre of the nominations was extremely impressive and the entries showed real examples of the local government sector delivering value and exemplary services to our communities.
