Clare began working at LGNZ in December of 2009. She provides advice, sector advocacy and stakeholder management in the key area of the Resource Management Act review and its implementation. Her other areas of responsibility are dog control, rural fire, Marine and Coastal Area Act and coastal planning.

Clare has a Bachelor of Regional Planning with Honours and has experience working in the resource management area with both local government and the private sector. She is a member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.

When Clare is away from the office she enjoys walking, spending time with her children and curling up with a good book.
