There has never been a more crucial time to stay ahead of what is happening in local government in New Zealand. Registrations are now open for our annual conference in Christchurch, 26-28 July.
The conference reflects our changing environment with the theme Local government: our place in the world.
The current world is constantly challenging our assumptions and offering up new challenges and opportunities. We have excellent keynote speakers and a range of workshops on the major issues affecting local government.
The conference will examine the current regulatory changes, how to respond to the economic situation, and also discuss the major social issues affecting communities.
We have also planned social and networking opportunities to share knowledge and expertise.
Join us in Christchurch to explore how we can lead and respond to communities during this period of change.
