Public Libraries have been winners at the Computerworld Excellence Awards 2004 held in Auckland last Friday (June 25 2004). New Government Discussion Paper on Citizen Oaths
The Ministry of Justice has recently published a public discussion document on the future of our "Oaths and Affirmations". The document asks the question whether or not our oaths need modernising, and amongst the oaths that are considered is the "citizenship oath" used by local authorities at citizenship ceremonies.
