Of possibly more direct relevance to local government is the Government?s Draft Tertiary Education Strategy. This substantial paper (it runs to almost 100 pages) sets out the Government's thinking in as to the future of the tertiary education sector in NZ, with a focus on key strategies for the next 5 years.
