Establishing & maintaining working relationships with your CE
Strong relationship. Effective communication.
Your relationship with the CE is one of the most important in the council, and when you build strong relationships you deliver even more effective leadership to your community.
This management training workshop has been developed for local government and contains sector-specific insights and learnings. You will receive a working guide to appointing, working and partnering with your CE, together with updated employment and performance review legal documentation, provided by legal counsel - Simpson Grierson.
