Community Boards - Introduction

Build relationships. Create value.

As a Community Board member you play a vital role channelling the voice of your community into the decision-making process.  To advocate successfully you need to understand how the system works and how to get your point across.  We cover the hierarchy of local government and work with you to identify personal action points.

Topics include
  • How to build relationships
  • How to influence decisions
  • Statutory roles and responsibilities
