Kate Macnaught, acting chief executive

Kate leads LGNZ's policy team which provides advice on issues relevant to the sector and advocates to central government on behalf of the sector.  The team works across a range of specialist areas from governance and the environment to regulation and development and infrastructure.  Kate's role focuses on the utilisation of resources within the policy team and increasing the coordination across the policy programme to achieve enhanced organisational delivery and strategic planning.

Fiona leads LGNZ's communications and membership services team, providing advice and support on communications and membership issues.  Fiona oversees the organisation of LGNZ's annual conference.
