Recent review work of local authorities has included a “health check” of the local authorities affected by the Kaikoura earthquake which focused on their capability and capacity after the earthquake and the aspects of Hastings District Council’s three waters operations in the post-Havelock North environment. He also recently completed a joint engagement on asset metadata standards which provide the potential to advance those three disciplines - financial, asset and strategic management.
